I love listening to music when I clean my house and used to have Music Choice from DirecTV but have it no longer. I do have a lot of CD's that I play in my car, and decided to get a small CD player to play those CD's in the house. This portable player is perfect for me! Lightweight but sturdy, and the music plays clearly and projects well into the room I am cleaning. So glad I bought this - you can plug it in or use batteries. I so far have opted to plug it into a wall outlet and let it play!! Very, very satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend!!!

Who ever writes the directions to this CD P)layer needs some help. It took both my daughter, & myself 4 days to figure out how to get the thing started.

Well I am covered in beads of sweat and POed to the max after trying to get the C batteries in place. That's right. It took forever. Why? The spring slip around as you are trying to center the battery and compress the spring flat. I shoved that battery as far as I could so that it would stay put but it kept flying out of it's compartment and straight UP into the air. After several attempts I'd get ONE in and as I'd be working on the next battery the fist one would decide to pop up on me. I was outside and my next door neighbor heard me cussing and she offered to help me. Young and fit jogger had to same issues so now we are BOTH cussing like sailors. I told her "I can't WAIT to write a review on this thing!" and here I am. NOTHING should be this hard to do. I bought a magnavox portable CD player identical to this one at least 10 years ago and I remember that the batteries just went in super smooth and easy. I still have the original one to compare. It works I just needed a second one for a vacation home. I examined the battery area on the older one and the plastic components on it are FAR superior as they are thicker MUCH harder plastic and the springs are softer and compress like a dream. NOT LIKE THIS NEW ONE I was cussing as sweat poured off of me. I'll do a another review of this after I've played the radio and the CD player because right now I just need to pour me a glass of wine, hit the recliner and decompress. I'm giving it one lousy star just for WEARING ME OUT!

It is small and mighty. It plays the cds great and the volume is piwerful. Love it so far

In general, the item worked fine. The audio was just a tad bit muffled, but nothing considered too unbearable. However, the item is VERY prone to breaking/stop working after using it for a short period of time. The spinner randomly stops and it will refuse to play any CD and an error message appears; "No", which is an indicator that the item is broken. This was the second purchase I made for this item and it has the same problem as the one I had before...

I did not find the quality of this stereo compared to years ago. Was disappointed complete.

Super cute and best of all plays cds very well! It’s nice and small. The speakers sound pretty good. I was worried it would sound a bit muffled but nope. It was a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it 🤗
