Lots of plusses; Beautiful screen. fast action and more than adequate storage, at least for my needs. Smaller and lighter than my previous Acer, but still has a full size screen and keyboard.The minuses are few and, mostly, bearable. I've gotten used to signing in with a fingerprint sensor. Not installed. Likewise, I miss not having a lighted keyboard. Worse, the keyboard is very pretty, with silver keys matching the color of the case. The key color is not the issue; the issue is the way the letters are shown on the keys. The body of the letters are very thin, almost as if they had been carved with a sharp knife. Fine and good looking if you are a true touch typist with young eyes; not so good for an old codger tht has to look at the keys.Finally, this computer came with WINDOWS 11 installed. I HATE WINDOWS 11 !!! Enough said . . .

I have the same computer that I bought last year and decided to buy another one because I liked it so much. This computer is fast, lightweight, and reliable. I have had no issues using it so far and I use it for college and playing games from time to time. It streams great and when working on school work I often open upwards of 20 tabs in my browser plus many Word and PowerPoint documents at the same time, and this computer handles it all without any lag or issues. I recommend this computer 100% The computer came in two days as it was supposed to and was safely packaged in a second box and wrappings. The seller was just Amazon but I always trust Amazon so I try to only purchase from Amazon.

My biggest gripe with this laptop is the screen. No matter the angle it’s tilted you still hardly get a non light-washed image. I have tried tampering with multiple settings and display configurations but it’s just washed. Runs well and is as easy to use as any windows computer, it is pretty heavy, sound quality isn’t too bad….but, I don’t think it’s worth the money if I hate looking at the screen

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. This is her very first computer/laptop. She has been very happy with this laptop, she is able to play all the games that she likes. There is this specific game that her mom played as a young teenager, and my grand daughter has been able to play the exact same game, and all the items that her mom had "collected/built/earned" over her years of playing, is now transferred down to my grand daughter, which has been something that mom and daughter share together. I recommend this laptop.
