Excellent quality and comfortable to wear all day!
I love this headset. It is lightweight and doesn't put pressure on my ears, even when wearing it for 9 hours or more each day. The flexible mic is wonderful and I love the volume and mute control buttons. The sound is clear and my team has never had an issue hearing me during conference calls or when I'm presenting. I have received many compliments on the crispness of my voice as a result of using this headset.I first got one six months ago and it stopped working unexpectedly a week or so ago. I emailed the company to ask for suggestions and they shipped me a new one immediately since it was under warranty. I'm very impressed with their customer service and highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great headset to wear all day! The quality is outstanding for the price.

Good buy and works great!
I was looking to replace my Logitech that I received at my last job and the second one had just broken, and I was skeptical about purchasing a brand I didn't recognize, but I noted it was used by call centers, so it would need to be fairly reliable in that setting.I find the headset extremely comfortable to use and the ear pieces swivel ever so slightly so they can seat properly on your ears. I have a huge head (or so I have been told), and I wear glasses. The noise cancellation is better than my Logitech. I need this working from home with a toddler in the house. I can actually get something done now!I am ordering my 3rd pair of these. The other two worked great. They only started acting up after I abused them in some way like shutting the car door on the cable or something.

VERY comfy. Sound quality good for talking; music, not so much. Light and easy on ears.
Update 3/20/21: Still working just fine. Putting the extra cushion on them was a good move. I've adjusted a bit more to the sound quality, and while I still think it's not great for music, it's great for talking with people online.Update 12/3/20: I originally ordered these at the end of October. They're still in good condition, but I found a way to make them even more comfortable. I found that they were initially super comfy, but eventually they did start to bother me a bit, and I missed the foam earpads of the style I usually prefer. ...So I literally just put those pads on these phones. On TOP of the leatherette stuff. They still sound about the same, but they're veeery comfy now. The only new complaint I have about these is that the little blue light on the inline controls flashes a LOT. Not the mute thing, but the... I guess "receiving sound" light? Honestly, I don't know what makes it flash or not flash at this point, but it's distracting, and I'm just going to put some tape over it. It's nice to know that the thing is plugged in and working, but that flashing at the edge of my field of vision is grating. Still would absolutely recommend for playing games or casual listening when you don't care about bass.I only got this today, so will update review later. I usually wait, but I thought I'd chime in on the reason I got these and confirm that they are comfy. I know large, heavy, over-the-ear noise cancelling headphones are all the rage these days, but I've had spinal surgery and find them so uncomfortable, weight aside. I also don't actually want noise cancelling. I was hoping to find something that was foam-based ear pads because those tend to be really easy and inexpensive to replace, but couldn't find anything with inline controls at a reasonable price.Anyway, these are VERY light. If you have neck problems, they have almost no weight at all, feel lighter than the last set I had, which was already light. They also don't clamp painfully on your ears like some other sets I've had with leatherette ears. I know the goal is to keep sound out, but words cannot express the sheer hatred I feel when I have to play 'countdown until this is unbearable' all day with my headphones! Plus residual soreness, ugh. These are good though. The boom mic is very bendy, and the giant foam bit on it can be pulled off. I thought it would be more annoying, but I can bend it less immediately in my peripheral view, so that's something. Also, the size of the ear pads is a LITTLE smaller than I was expected, but not uncomfortably so, and not to a degree that makes them feel awkward or ineffective.Sound quality is okay for talking-- the speakers lack strong bass, though, so I can't recommend these for music at all, just for calls. It's also plug and play, uses a USB connection, but that's nothing unusual. The inline controls include mic mute, sound mute, volume up and down. The areas where the cord comes out of the controls are reinforced, which is what killed my last set (Plantronics, lasted 7 years, but model no longer available :\ ). There's a little blue light that blinks on the controls-- presumably to show it's active-- and a clip to secure the cord to your clothes. Whole thing came in a cardboard box. Small instruction sheet, headphones themselves in a plastic bag.I'd put this at five stars if it could be more passable for music, but the sound quality just isn't there. If you're just using it for calls, it won't impact your experience, but not really satisfactory for jams. This is disappointing for me since my backup set is one of those big-honkin' sets of headphones I don't like, but I can probably put up with it long enough to listen to some music at home. I'd rather just have one set that's great for both; I might end up ordering another pair and keeping this as a backup, but I wanted something right away, and this had next-day and was reasonably-priced.Anyway, will update in time to reflect any problems I have, or to check in and say if it's still working down the road.

Try THIS if Mic stops working!
The steps:1. Unplug headset from computer2. Turn computer off fully; don't just "restart", but shut it down completely. This clears the USB port memory.3. Turn the computer back on & try the headset againI used mic-test (dot) com to test it, both before & after following the steps. The rest: I really liked this headset from day one. Everyone on Zoom meetings could hear me clearly, and the headphones worked great for hearing everyone else loud & clear. After a few months of use about 5 hours per week, the mic stopped working in the middle of a Zoom meeting. I tried all sorts of settings, changing USB ports etc but nothing worked.I was back on Amazon to find a different pair but reached out to Amazon, first, for product support. The rep immediately suggested the steps above. (And since I was conducting the chat on the same computer, I was able to go into chat on my phone & resume the chat in preparation for turning off my computer - I just went back to the item in my Orders list and chose to open a chat, then the current chat showed up).I turned my computer off all the way, restarted it, plugged in my headset, and the mic worked again! So glad I don't have to search for another. Thanks, Amazon rep!

worked great for a year
used this daily for work & it worked great for a year. Now, all of a sudden the microphone doesn't work which is no good for my work situation. It is not the computer since I tried another headset and it worked just fine. When it worked, it worked great. Clear sound through the headphones & clear sound through the mic.

Already not working
I work from home and USB connect directly to my computer. I do not work for a call center so this headset only gets used a few times a day for limited meetings or calls. I have had it for three months and it will stop working in the middle of calls or meetings. I will have to quickly remove the connection and use the speaker from my computer.
