Ive only had 2 days. But I slid them into my house slippers and wow! Healthy pain was super minimized. Wore them all day and had zero pain when I got home from running around. Gave them on now. Zero pain. I just ordered 2 more for other shoes.

I tried Neupu after I first purchased Valsole because the Neupu was cheaper. I returned them because the arch support was insufficient to ease my heel pain. I like the Valsole brand better because they have better arch support and I now have three pair. Since each person's foot is different, you'll have to keep trying until you find a brand that meets your desired comfort level.

I have really bad heel pain and my job requires me to be on my feet a lot, I’ve tried lots of different insoles but these are the best so far and feel hardly any pain now. The heel part of the insole is soft and feel really comfortable. Would recommend these.

Great for over pronation. I'm 6 ft. 235. And I over rotate my left foot to the inside. Causing my back knees feet and back to ache constantly. Having a size 13-14 wide shoe makes it difficult to find most brands so you gotta settle most of the time for "it's ight" in the arch support amd comfort area. I added these to a pair I've had for a month that I was thinking about getting rid of. They changed the game. Made the arch much more stable and the heal a little more cushion. My left foot no longer roles in, about 90% of what a normal rotation is I'd say. I'd reccomend these for people who walk around a lot or want some relief in overpronation pains. *you may have to remove the oem insole for your foot to fit.
