All the pieces aside it’s very easy to assemble. Read instructions carefully because some screws can’t be tightened all the way until the end and the instructions doesn’t say when to tighten them. Yet, it’s very self explanatory. I’m satisfied with the product. Love the LED settings. It looks very cool at night. Make sure to get a pillow stopper because there will be a gap once the mattress is on the bed. No noise. There plenty of storage space under the bed. It’s sturdy.

The media could not be loaded. I am a first time furniture installer. Previously I threw this kind of jobs to my husband. However, this time I want to try it by myself for my daughter. It took me about 10 hours to install, 2 afternoons. I did it all by myself, only asked my husband to push the rack down when in final tuning steps. It is complicated to me when understanding the instructions and I made 2 or 3 mistakes in the whole procedure and had to unscrew things and did fixings. I think the slats sparse. Gaps between slats are about 8 to 10 cm. It would be nice to have 15 to 17 slats to make gaps between them narrower like 6cm(2.5 inch). All in all, compare to its price, the quality is good. My daughter loves the lights.

Jggg f ct We bought two for our kids one of the beds was missing a few part’s and one had all parts. So we put one together. The assembly did take a few hours, but the instructions were easy to read and understand I got online and instead of returning the other bed we decided to email the company to see if they would just send us the missing items. The first business day after my email, they responded with an answer and a suggestion. They said they cannot find my parts that I asked about in their inventory, but they offered to send us a complete new product and told us we could use whatever we needed out of the box and then keep the rest for more parts if we needed it and we did not need to ship anything back. Well I thought that was a great idea so I told him to go ahead and send it The new bed arrived on time the box of parts we needed were inside. We were be able to finish up the second bed. Both my kids love their beds. We like their beds. I followed up thanking the company for the great experience Great customer service really like the product. Very good rating. I would recommend them and I will be buying from them again.

The bed was everything I expected and hope for excerpt the hydraulics for lifting were both extended and not able to used. Wrote a request for replacements and never got a response.

Easy to put together

The media could not be loaded. The best part about the entire installation or the instructions. If you trust the process, you'd understand that there is a method to the madness LOL do not overwhelm yourself. LOL, it is not that difficult and the pictures are extremely illustrated. I also love the fact that all of the parts come with one spare part just in case you strip a screw or you accidentally lose a wood Peg or you have an issue with a cam lock.This bed is extremely sturdy. One thing I've noticed is that the alignment is spot on, it holds approximately up to 1200 lb and the hydraulic system works so smoothly. Once you open and close it a couple of times you'll notice it's starting to get even smoother and it opens on its own once you somewhat tug on the flap to pull up.This is something that I thought was going to be overwhelming and I was dreading putting together but I have to say between all of the parts and the directions, it was smooth sailing.And the last thing I'd like to say is please pay attention to when it says to leave screws untightened or want to tighten them. It plays a major part in upcoming steps. If I'm not mistaken, towards the very end when installing the hydraulic system, you're going to leave those screws loose so that everything will come together as it should. Once you're down to the very last step that's when you're going to go back and retighten all of those screws. It doesn't say it in the manual but trust and believe you're going to want to tighten them.I can't say one bad thing about this product and its material. It's extremely sturdy and the quality is pretty amazing.We purchased a full-size bed for my son. He's 16 years old, 6 ft and he's about medium build. I love the fact that he could keep his stuff organized in the room. Because of this bed, he has been keeping it clean LOL.

The bed we got was a full size. Took about quite a while to assemble. Set aside at least 2-3 hrs for assembly. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow.The bed itself is NICE. It's got a solid sturdy feel to it. Doesn't wiggle or squeek because it's on the floor without legs. The lights are nice and bright just like the pictures. The storage space underneath is huge. And I mean big enough to store big suitcases!My daughter absolutely loves it.Hell, *I* love it and have been considering getting one for myself in a larger size.10/10 I would definitely buy this bed again.

LOVE THE STORAGE SPACE!This bed is so perfect for all the storage I need!!It looks great, I was nervous about the faux leather ripping easily or coming damaged... but it showed up in perfect condition and looks perfect in my room!I love how I can store everything and easily pop it up and get whatever I need whenever I want!Solved my issue of not having closet space!My daughter put this together for me totally by herself.My bed is crazy high because I left the box spring on I will likely take it off.Definitely took a couple hours but I'm so happy!!
