I am beyond frustrated with Solara and their complete lack of professionalism. I ordered a pre-seasoned cast iron kadhai from Amazon, and what I received has been nothing short of a nightmare.The kadhai arrived on December 27th, and after registering my warranty, they had the audacity to claim they hadn’t received it, despite having clear email evidence showing that they did! I promptly submitted photos of the damage, along with the invoice (as requested), but this was just the start of their appalling customer service.To make matters worse, the kadhai itself is absolutely unusable. There was a terrible, rancid smell coming from it, and after using it, I experienced severe stomach upset. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality of their products. A pre-seasoned cast iron kadhai should be safe to use, but this one seems to be contaminated or poorly made.Since then, I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out to them through emails and phone calls, but Solara has completely ignored me. They’ve stopped responding altogether and are avoiding all communication. Their customer service is nonexistent, and I feel completely scammed.I am appalled by how this company handles its customers and products. They send out defective and potentially harmful items, refuse to honor warranties, and then ghost you when you try to get a resolution. DO NOT buy from Solara. This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, and I will be reporting them to the authorities. Avoid them at all costs!

I am writing this after using this for several days and Quality is very good made up of iron so its durable. It's it heavy approx 2 KG , very easy to use and clean for daily usage. It's naturally non stick. Overall value for money product.

I have used this Kadhai for almost a month and am writing this review .It’s really heavy and sturdy . It heats evenly and retains heat .I usually love cooking Indian gravy curries in this , it gives a nice flavour and color .Just we need to take care of seasoning well and using it on a daily basis to preserve it for long time .It’s worth the price .

Packaging:-Packaging is excellent to avoid any accidental damage before delivery.Looks--A very sturdy build with roughness on outside while smooth and shiny cooking inner base. A bit heavy as Cast Iron is the material but super strong.Overall-Cooking on low flames in this kadhai brings out the best flavors of the vegies since fast heating and even heat distribution does the magic. Do not cook at high flames for best result.At the end its a best buy for health conscious family like ours.
