I tried. Not for medical help as it gives wrong results.
Not impressed at all. You get what you pay for I guess. This thing has me in REM sleep as I am typing this review. lol For Real!! Just not for much more than tracking your steps and maybe some vitals although I’m oxygen deprived and this thing sucks at checking your blood oxygen levels. BP seems okay? HR and that’s it. The sleep tracking is pathetic. So inaccurate.

Not a perfect health tracking device, but does what it needs to well at its price point
I've had mine for about a month now and unlike the last smart watch I purchased, I'm still wearing it.It's smaller than most smart watches and doesn't look obnoxious. It has what I would consider a very clean appearance. What it does vs. what I expected it to do: It doesn't do 'continuous' heart rate monitoring. The shortest interval you can set in the app is five minutes, so if you're looking for something that can perform as a wearable ECG, you'll need to look elsewhere. Also, though I find the app pretty good overall for a Chinese electronics device, there is no way as far as I can determine to export any of the health data. You just have pretty graphs or charts to look at inside the app.Since everything above seems more on the negative than positive side I'll go ahead with the device's other caveat--I do not have any faith in the accuracy of the blood oxygen sensor. It always returns 97-99 for me (usually 98-99). My finger meter is usually 94-95.That being said, I do believe the heart rate sensor and the blood pressure sensor are both pretty accurate. My blood pressure generally runs from baseline normal (120/80) to upper end of normal (140/90) and this device consistently reports as such and rises and dips based on how much stress I'm putting on myself.Oh, also the pedometer is probably as accurate as virtually any other wearable device you can get. I've counted off and checked against it a few times and it's accuracy is always in the upper 90 percentile range. The battery life is great. I switched it to not wake the display unless I press the button and I've charged it once (a few days ago) in the past three weeks, and that is with the five minute heart rate monitor option.Overall five stars for the value of this device. Great looks, great battery life, mostly good sensor performance, and an easy enough app to use though I hope they continue improving it and give us an option to export data in the future.

mostly good for this one
Just got this a few days ago and here are some observations: The BP is not accurate, it is way lower than a BP pressure cuff reading but then it is hard to believe any fitwatch can truly measure BP. The heart rate is fine, sleep estimate is good, the number of steps is good enuf, oxygen saturation is almost dead on a finger monitor. It has survived being immersed in water to very shallow depth. Overall for the price point it is a keeper.Cons: The watch band is short so for those will big wrists measure to be sure this will fit.. I have a smallish wrist and I am one inch from the end of the band.. My biggest con is that it is like working thru a maze during set up to avoid getting sucked into a credit card monthly fee for monitoring etc. Some may want that but I don't and it was forever to work around the constant "enter your credit card" steps in the set up. Once done no problem it easily hooked up to my phone where I could change setting like 24 hr time, size wt, and most important is step length before I set that the default had me at half a mile just walking around the gym so if you want accurate distance you have to set it for your step lenght.Over all I am pleased with this "fitbitish" watch and a reasonable price point. I will update this if problems occur.

could be nice but BP reading are way to innaccurate
I bought this because of all the reviews saying the BP was very accurate, I have been having trouble nailing down BP meds that work without major side effects so I bought this to monitor my readings during the day but it's not accurate at all, its 20-40 points off on its readings and not at all consistent enough for me to just add XX to the reading and call it good. I compare my readings with my arm cuff BP monitor which I know to be accurate to what my Doc reads. maybe if there was a way to calibrate the readings it could be made better but I see no options for that feature. the step count is so far off from what my phone records, sometimes it reads over 4 times the amount of steps and other times it read way less. the sleep tracker is also a joke, I can lay down and rest for a bit and it will record it as sleeping even though I did not sleep at all so its obviously only using motion as its sleep detection which is a worthless way to detect sleep, I have bouts of insomnia and can spend hours at night motionless trying to get just a little shut eye but it records that as sleep too.

Great smart watch for the value
Great smart watch with good features. Heart rate, oximeter, and blood pressure is the most accurate I have seen compared to the stand alone versions I own. I did have an issue with the bands that came with it. Not sure what they are made of but I got a rash after a couple of days of wearing it. Swapped out with some third party ones and is much better. I only have to charge it about once every week and a half to two weeks.

Decent but lacking
This is one of those "you get what you pay for". I've been a fitbit guy for many years and have never been fully satisfied with their product. Decided to try this cheaper fitness tracker and it's just missing too much of what I need.First off, right out the box it's pretty dainty. It says it's for men and women, but it feels and looks more like a ladies watch. I really wanted this as a heart monitor and it says it gives a constant reading, but their idea of "continuous reading" is every 5 min. I also really like to track my sleep but this watch will only track your sleep if you sleep at night. I work nights and sleep during the day so it won't track anything for me. Just that alone makes thus watch not worth having for me. Outside of that, if you like thin watches, don't really care about tracking your heart rate in real time and sleep during normal hours, you might just like this watch.
