Hercules by Maison Alhambra for Men - 3.4 oz EDP Spray

I now own A LOT of Maison Alhambra dupe colognes and this one is REALLY GREAT (as is 95% of their others)! Going after the Herod scent this one is real damn close. Long lasting, yet not overpowering while still mainlining it's overall scent as it fades down. If you are invigorated by that fresh open bag aroma of fine pipe tobacco, then this one is for you. And it comes in just under $25!

Lattafa knocked it out of the park with this one. It smells so much like thw scent that inspired it.

I have a sample of the original and this is spot on. And it's beautiful for layering. I'm a female and at least masculine in the dry down is gorgeous.

Herod is my favorite fragrance of all time. I own it and make my husband wear it for me to smell him every single fall/winter season. A buddy of ours told me that this was dupe of course I thought no way anyone could get close to this but man I was wrong! The only difference (& I’m really being picky) is the opening it slightly fresher. After that opening goes aay in a few seconds they are IDENTICAL! & this lasts wayyyyyyyyyyy longer.

I ordered this and one other dupe fragrance at the same time, both take forever to ship. Still waiting on the other one to ship a month later. That's not being factored in to the review of this product, it's just worth mentioning that ordering these dupes on amazon will sometimes take forever, despite it saying otherwise when you place your order. While I was waiting on this product to ship, Jomashop did a PDM sale and I bought and received the original Herod while I was still waiting on the dupe to ship. So, I can compare both side by side and tell you that the dupe isn't worth your time or your money. Only after a couple hours into the dry down does it come close, and the 2 hours up to that point are acrid and chemically. Not at all as smooth or inviting as the OG Herod. In the event that the bottle gets better in a month or two, I'll update my review. Until then, meh.

Blind buy. This is supposed to be a clone of PDM Herod. Reminds me of Spicebomb. Very masculine. Tobacco, cinnamon, and vanilla notes. Does not disappoint.
