I live in Florida and buy electrolytes often. I bought these electrolytes for the gut health properties. They say all health starts in the gut so I began to take gut health seriously and when I saw electrolytes with pre and pro biotics, I decided to give it a try. Both the taste and flavor are great and I’m regular with no digestion issues. The price of the electrolytes are better than some of popular brands and with the added benefits, it makes these a good value for your money. I will continue to purchase this.

Has great taste and a good balance of flavors so it’s not ultra sweet and not super tangy. This one is my favorites. I wish they made it in the big canisters!

I was looking for a drink mix that was not just another sugar filled flavoring packet. I did some research online researching a drink mix that would work for a low FODMAP diet, and this one popped up. I ordered it off Amazon, and poof! My answer arrived! This drink mix also has essential minerals/electrolytes, so not only does it flavor water, but it also is good for you. I have had both the raspberry lemonade and the watermelon flavors. I have also purchased the packets and the powder and am happy with both. It is a little pricey, but you are paying for what you get. So, if you want more than just flavoring, try it out!
