Might not be effective for every stain but it's a miracle for some of them!
I think this is a very worthy kit to have in your arsenal if you have a family of mucktubs like I do. But be aware that whilst it will perform small miracles on some stains, for others it just doesn't seem to touch them. Ironically, it's the more organic types of stain that I personally struggle to remove using these stain devils. And those are the stain types that seem to be very well catered for with bio powders, vanish, even ox bile soap.So I tried this on some fairly typical hard-to-shift biological stains and it didn't really do any more than I could get by giving it a good soak with vanish. Then, my youngest daughter got ink all over her bed which soaked through onto her weeks old pristine white mattress topper. I washed the topper on a normal load with some vanish but the stain didn't shift at all so I decided to try the relevant Stain Devil from this kit. It worked amazingly and removed every last trace of ink. I was incredibly surprised.I also used it on some net curtains that had mould blobs. For this type of stain, it didn't visibly seem to have worked until after I gave it a wash after treating it. It removed the vast majority of the mould stain which impressed me.So I recommend this as a kit to keep in your washing arsenal. It's always worth a try on a stain you're not ready to give up on.

Hard work
- The fruit and win stains one is probably most effective and works wonders on more stains than advertised on the packagingAlthough it is tedious having to use powder, a little goes a long way.- The bottle for pizza sauces and oils - has so far barely lightened any tomato based stains and a lot get used at once! I’ve had to use the fruit and wine stains powder afterwards to get an accelerated effect. It did seem to work on oil stains though.- The stain remover for pens etc has not worked on marker stains at all.- The one for makeup and grass - have not tried properly yet.

A must when you have a toddler.
My toddler was starting to look like a walking Picasso (not in a good way) everytime she comes back from nursery. The paint, pen and food stains on her clothes were getting harder to get rid of so I gave this a go. It does work on most things but not all. I will definitely buy this again as it's easy to use and good value for money.

The powder wouldn’t dissolve into a paste
Was hopeful the fruit stain devil would do it’s magic but this particular bottle was granules which you should make into a paste to use! However it wouldn’t dissolve so very difficult to apply to banana stain.Had to buy a pack of three so quite expensive as only wanted one.Sadly it didn’t work.Decided to leave the grainy solution on the stains overnight.12 hours. This did the trick.
