Wow! Great find! White Parsons Desk.
I don't always post reviews but I do buy a lot of things on Amazon, so I read the reviews and watch the videos. I watched a customer video of a woman putting this together, and I was all in. Only one video showed a flaw, but it wasn't a flaw at all. She apparently didn't know that there is a styrofoam block in the drawer for shipping purposes.I only paid $45 for this desk and I would have paid more. I know prices fluctuate, but I will definitely buy "Ameriwood" products in the future. I have no idea who this company is, but I will look for their brand in the future.I am furnishing a new home and some things I have bought from other vendors, that need assembly, have very confusing directions and have ended up in disaster.I was reluctant to buy furniture that needs to be assembled again. But I went ahead and got it anyway.I am in my 60s and I am not that great at putting things together. Let's just say that I don't like it. But this desk was so easy to assemble that it blew my mind. The only issue I had was that the glue for the dowels was dried at the top. After I clipped the bottle with scissors, the glue would not come out. So I unscrewed the top and squeezed, resulting in glue all over my hand when the dried stuff popped out. But it's just regular glue, not the strong stuff, so I just laughed at myself. There was plenty left for the tiny job it was used for.The directions say to have a drill and a rubber mallet on hand, but I put it all together with the hex key they provided and didn't need anything else.I don't know if I am more exited that I put this together, or about the product I bought. FIVE STARS!It took me about an hour but I was taking my sweet time with lot's of breaks. If I had done it all at once, it might have taken 15 minutes.

Perfect for small spaces
Moved a friend into an assisted living facility. This desk fit perfectly in her 450 sq ft studio. As you can see she has a bulky printer and all in one PC. There's even room for the mouse pad. (Disregard her reading light over the monitor) Assembly was very easy. Lay the desk on a soft blanket or carpet to assemble. Read the directions! Follow the photos on instructions. Step by step, Lay out legs B and C as shown in the instructions. Pour the glue in each hole of the desk where the legs will be installed. Use all the glue that is supplied. Don't be stingy. Put pegs in the holes of each leg. I lined up the screws loosely into the desk and legs just because I didn't want the legs to move while I installed the other legs onto the desk. Then I went back to the first leg and using the lock washer and regular washer I tightened each leg with the supplied alan wrench. I used a towel to turn the alan wrench, fingers not strong enough without a towel. DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS. I flipped the desk over and pulled out the drawer to remove the styrofoam. The desk drawer comes already installed - you're only installing the legs. DO NOT DRAG this desk - lift and place where you want it to go. The desk drawer is long but doesn't fully extend - it's not meant to fully extend due to the depth of the desk. Perfect for pens and a small pad of paper. Desk is not very heavy. I recommend buying a separate clear plastic top cover so you don't scratch the surface. The bottom of each leg is left raw - it's fine because is sits flush on the floor. All pieces came in perfect condition, all legs fit perfectly and flush with desk top no gaps, I highly recommend this simple small desk for small spaces.

Simple white desk
I needed a small work station for our condo. This looks nice and functional. Not the strongest desk but it does the job I need. I’m only there 3 months.

Love!
I absolutely love this desk. I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews but it matched the décor so I went with it and I am so happy that I did. When the pandemic first began I was using a laptop in my living room on a flip out folding table-the kind people use to eat dinner in front of the TV. Well I went back to work onsite and was told a couple of months later that I needed a desk in a closed room that would fit 2 monitors (19 inches wide), a docking station, my laptop, a keyboard and a mouse (at least 38 inches wide and 18 inches deep). My apartment is not that big which meant I had to put this whole set up in my bedroom (because of the closed door situation) and my bedroom is not big. I have a queen size bed, a chest with a 49 inch TV and a small night stand in it. I told the company No, I couldn't manage it but they persisted. Well I turned my room around and bought this desk and it worked out perfectly. I initially looked for a 32 x 15 desk, I thought the smaller the better but I had a wooden desk out on the porch that was 38 x 15 and set everything up on that and I needed more room for the keyboard and laptop (I used that desk as a measurement ). BTW, I am writing all of this because I was very very against putting a desk in my small apartment, let alone my small bedroom and I know you all are skeptical too.. Long story short, I changed my bedroom around, measured and measured and measured, researched and researched and had 3 desks in mind but went with this one. It fits and matches the other furniture in the room. It looks phenomenal as if everything should have been this way from the start. I matched it with the Home Office Chair with Lumbar Support ( a best seller on Amazon, another item I was skeptical about-review will be on that chair also, same pics) and now I have more than enough room to do what I want. It was very easy to set up. the drawer is already attached so all you have to do is add the legs. The legs feel very light but the desk is sturdy, no chips or bumps, shipping was fast. 30 minute set up and no help is needed. Great height and fits everything I need (enough room to write too). The drawer is not deep-I have a small notepad, sticky notes, pens and that sort of thing in it. Not sure if it'll fit like papers and folders, I didn't try, doesn't seem like it would but If you are trying to make a decision and you keep looking at this desk get it! Very sleek and clean looking.
