I got this for my nearly 16 year old niece as an Easter gift basket item and she absolutely LOVED it!! She has very long, super thick hair and this brush is very sturdy and easily detangles and smooths her hair.The rainbow bristles and wood are also very trendy and make this stand out as not only a quality product (great price too!) but something she will be proud to use at school or getting ready with her friends.

I was really surprised at the quality, was expecting cheap bamboo and its not. Bristles hold in well and it helps detangle, without hurting, my hair. Also pleased that the colors actually look like the photo. Would buy it again !

I purchased this brush as a replacement for a Goody detangling wet brush, mostly because it's a very eye-catchingly beautiful brush, and also because it seemed like a slightly more eco-friendly option than another short-lived all-plastic brush.A couple of things about this brush: the striping and colorful pins make people want to use it; my kids jumped at their first opportunity. That said, I can only recommend this brush for those with fairly thick hair. It works well detangling for my oldest daughter and I, however, my youngest daughter, who has the finest hair, was practically in tears from all the pulling this brush did on her knots. Just so you can compare, I am an Asian woman with thick, straight hair down to my waist (prone to tangling). My daughter's hair is more coarse, but shoulder length. The brush works fine on this type of hair, but my favorite brush is the BESTOOL boar bristle hair brush with nylon pins, as it will work on all three of us. If you have lots of hair, I definitely recommend this brush, though.

It’s a good hairbrush. Very pretty and sturdy. None of the pegs are bent or pulled out so far. My hair is very tough to brush, and I often find myself bending pegs, but this brush has been withstanding my hair gallantly. I will say that I don’t really see the effect of the pegs being squiggly (other than looking really cool), but my hair is very thick and curly, and it might have a different effect on someone who has a different type of hair.
