Solid quality, great customer service, three person build
Was very pleased with how this came together. It definitely took multiple building sessions with some steps absolutely requiring three people, probably in the neighborhood of a 10 hour build for the 20’x12’ version. Zero missing parts. We did have problems with some of the parts being slightly warped, but most were able to be bent back into line with a pair of pliers. The one piece that was bent to the point of cracking, I was able to contact customer service and they responded quite quickly over a weekend with an offer to order a replacement part (from overseas). We haven’t experienced any leakage, but the drainage is a bit… annoying. We’re trying to figure out now if we can do some sort of gutter system attached to it to move the drainage to certain areas. Overall, my wife is extremely pleased with it, and is looking forward to spending summer outside under it.

Get what you pay for, worth the price!
The packaging was very heavy as expected but the assembly was convenient, the instructions were user friendly and all required tools were included. It took us 2-3 days to complete everything but we did it on our own as a DIY project so it was fun.The metal and other parts are sturdy but could have been better, however with this price, its a great deal. It turned out to be a cute little sun room as curtains and net zip up to make it private with minimum mosquitoes. My dog also feels safe inside but also enjoys the outdoor view and scents.Overall, for this price, I don’t mind the quality I got.

Assembly is a beast!
The item itself is beautiful. I gave it 4 stars because of my next comments. BUYER BEWARE! If you do not have the talent or workforce (family!) to put this together I recommend you hire help. It took three of us, with the requisite talent, to assemble this in a weekend of two 12 hour days. We were all exhausted and stiff from climbing up and down ladders. It has hundreds of parts that intricately go together. Many parts are quite fragile so handle with care. Once up it is fantastic. This is the second one of these we have purchased. The first was half this size but still as complicated to assemble. The first one is a few years old and still looks great. I recommend these as they look and work great. In addition they are a bargain.

Super nice gazebo!
If you need a place to sit outside with your family this is perfect. It is sturdy and well put together. I recommend building it with at least 2 people. You will need a tall ladder and a drill. It comes with double curtains; one cover and one net cover. The roof lets some light in too so it’s not dark during the day. The instructions are honestly easy to understand, just remember to mark everything before hand into small zip lock baggies. No rain has leaked from the roof and is cozy in night when all closed up.

An Excellent Multi-Use Gazebo
My wife and I love to spend time in our backyard, regardless of the season. We previously had a smaller gazebo but decided it was time to get a larger one so that we could put our hot tub underneath of it.The gazebo arrived in two large boxes and once we took all the pieces out we were able to put it together easily following the directions that were provided; we finished in about 2.5-3 hours, but that included stopping to give our littles ones some attention.Once out together, the gazebo was extremely sturdy and fit perfectly in the spot we wanted it to go on our backyard patio. The gazebo includes a mosquito net and privacy curtains, which are perfect for when we use our hot tub during the evening hours. We also ran lights around the inside of the gazebo to allow us to have some light when we use it during dusk or evening hours. The roof of the gazebo is a soft shell type material which should help with minimizing drawing heat during the summer. There's also an opening at the top which will allow for air to circulate or steam from the hot tub to flow out. You could also attach a ceiling fan to the top with any necessary cords coming out of the top.We expect to get many good years out of this purchase.

Looks great up.
Put this up today, understood all the directions. If you take it step by step the assembly was easy. We were able to put it together with just the two of us. I can see where you might need three people, but if your smart enough to prop pieces up carefully, two people can do it. Plan on all day to build. We started at 10am and completely finished curtains and all by 630pm.

So disappointed
for our backyard, and while the final result looks great, the journey getting there was less than perfect.First off, the design is beautiful. Once assembled, the gazebo adds a really elegant and functional touch to the outdoor space. The aluminum frame feels solid and the hardtop roof offers great protection from sun and rain. The included curtains and mosquito netting are a huge plus — they make the space feel private, cozy, and usable even in buggy evenings. It really does elevate the whole backyard experience. That said, we did run into some issues. Unfortunately, several parts arrived damaged — one of the roof panels had a noticeable dent, and one of the main support beams was bent at one end. This made assembly more challenging than it needed to be. We were still able to get everything put together, but it took extra time and effort to work around the damaged pieces. For a product at this price point, it was disappointing to deal with quality control issues right out of the box.Assembly itself is a big job — definitely not a one-person project. The instructions are okay but could be clearer in certain parts. Plan to set aside a good chunk of time and have an extra set of hands (and maybe some patience) on standby.Overall, this gazebo has a lot of potential and looks great when it’s all finished. But between the damaged parts and the time-consuming setup, the experience wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped. If everything had arrived in perfect condition, this would easily be a 4 or even 5-star review. As it stands, it’s a decent product — just know what you might be getting into.
