My 2 months old had blocked nose and had difficulty with sleeping. Saline drops wasn’t much helpful during the night. After getting these patches my baby could sleep through the night! Simply just apply patch on your baby’s chest. The room was smelling amazing too, just wish that could be more in a pack.

This is a strong smelling patch reminds me of heat spray smell??It comes in another language so if you read English only you will not be able to follow the instructions. I thought it was a patch to stick directly onto baby but it ISNT! My personal advice is This should be cut into very smaller squares (you will not need the whole square believe me) and then stick at some distance away from the baby I.e. on the wall above the bed or very far back of cot but do not stick on the baby or his bedding.. it made me and my baby cough!!!. But its far safer at a reasonable and safe distance.But low and behold babies blocked nose which was more of a head cold seemed to clear in two days along with other medicines.Hope this helps all the mothers tryingto get through the cold months!
